These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. I was then able to go back in and re-enable the phone vendors (NEC) add-in and Outlook + BCM. I resolved my issue by marking the phone vendors add-in inactive and enabling the BCM add-ins > re-starting Outlook - BCM now loads with Outlook every time. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. Any attempts to enable the BCM Add-ins and restart Outlook ended with inactive BCM add-ins.
